Garden Cottage accommodation comprises one twin bedroom, one double bedded room, one bath room - separate shower room, a living/dining room and galley kitchen. Access from the twin bedroom to the living room is through the double bedded room.
The cottage is cosy, with electric storage heaters and panel radiators. There is a colour television, video, hair dryer and electric blankets on the beds. The kitchen has a four ring hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice box, and clothes washing machine – and an adjacent drying green.
Car parking is some 30 metres away, alongside the main house, and Garden Cottage is accessed up nine steps from the rear courtyard. All linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Electricity is metered and charged on departure.
The Courtyard Apartment is situated on the ground floor of Dail na Coille House, with its own entrance, from the rear courtyard. This accommodation comprises a studio with double bed, en suite bath/shower room, and separate galley kitchen. It enjoys front views over the garden to the Fonab Hills beyond. The apartment has central heating, colour television, video, hair dryer and electric blanket on the bed. The kitchen has a four ring hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with ice box, and adjacent parking.
All line, towels and kitchen towels are provided. Electricity is included in this tariff.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
Both Garden Cottage and the Courtyard Apartment are comfortably appointed, recently re-furbished, and offer a quiet, central location from which to enjoy the seasonal beauty of the Highland Perthshire landscape, its diverse sports, history and heritage, and attractive gardens.
