Rates are quoted on a traditional self-catering, weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday and include all linen, including towels and VAT. Electricity is charged as metered in Garden Cottage, and is included in the Courtyard Apartment rates.

LOW SEASON: SPECIAL WINTER BREAK TARIFFS
Three night week-end (Friday to Monday) and four night mid week breaks (Monday to Friday) are available through this period – excluding the Christmas and New Year period. Tariffs: 3 Night week-end £195.00. 4 night mid-week £215.00.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT:
A Deposit of 25% of the weekly rental is payable on booking, and the balance is payable four weeks prior to the arrival date. A Booking Confirmation and receipt for the Deposit will be mailed with details of Cancellation Insurance. Payment can be made in Cash/Cheque, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Debit Card (Visa/Delta, Switch or similar.

CHECK IN/OUT:
Accommodation will be available for occupancy from 1500 on arrival day, and should be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure.
