Rates are quoted on a traditional self-catering, weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday and include all linen, including towels. Electricity is charged as metered in Garden Cottage, and is included in the Courtyard Apartment rates.

MEDIUM:

HIGH:
June, July, August, September From £445/£490 From £385/£395
And Christmas & New Year weeks.

LOW SEASON: SPECIAL WINTER BREAK TARIFFS
Three night week-end (Friday to Monday) and four night mid week breaks (Monday to Friday) are available through this period – excluding the Christmas and New Year period.
Tariffs:
3 night week-end £195.00.
4 Night mid-week £245.00 incl all linen.
Electricity charged as metered.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT:
A Deposit of 25% of the weekly rental is payable on booking, and the balance is payable four weeks prior to the arrival date. A Booking Confirmation and receipt for the Deposit will be mailed with details of Cancellation Insurance. Payment can be made in Cash/Cheque, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Debit Card (Visa/Delta, Switch or similar.

CHECK IN/OUT:
Accommodation will be available for occupancy from 1500 on arrival day, and should be vacated by 10.30 on the day of departure.
